Degree in Marketing, with studies of Executive Master in Strategic Management of Human Resources and Specialist in Human Resources Management by Competencies. Extensive experience of several decades in Management and Organizational Development of companies in various economic sectors.

He has carried out: Support in the implementation of the ISO 9001.2008 Quality Management model; Review and definition of institutional regulations, policies and procedures; Management and control of processes and documentation; Analysis of organizational structures; organizational leadership.

In relation to Human Resources: Management, planning, development and control of Human Resources functions and activities; Implementation of the Competency Management Model: Definition of Manuals and Descriptions of Charges; Management Indicators; Performance Assessments; Valuation of posts and review of the wage structure; Variable remuneration; Control and management of payroll processes; and, Definition of the Career Plan: Evaluation of Culture and Organizational Climate and implementation of actions, among other experiences.


Joshua Hazoury Grandgerard

Engineer with master’s degree and advanced studies in global financial markets. Experience of several decades in investment portfolios in financial markets. Development of investment strategies and methodologies in different global financial markets, such as currencies and futures.

Experience in structuring, planning and business development with an emphasis on strategic consulting using multidisciplinary approaches to modern markets. Comprehensive approach to products and services for new times.

Process optimization, application of solutions to increase productivity and efficiency of products and services. Empower virtual infrastructures to establish relationships with the optimal customers of each product and service. Establishment of genuine solutions to reduce costs and focus resources on optimal investment channels, based on the actual survey of field information produced at the competitive level, the highest demand product or service, at the lowest cost of production.
